(105 ILCS 5/27-845) (was 105 ILCS 5/27-24.7)

Sec. 27-845. School Code to apply. The provisions of this Code not inconsistent with the provisions of the Driver Education Act shall apply to the conduct of instruction offered by a school district under the provisions of the Driver Education Act.
