(70 ILCS 3615/5.30) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 5.30. Northern Illinois Transit Authority Executive Director performance evaluation. The Board shall conduct an annual evaluation, each fiscal year, of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Executive Director. At the conclusion of the review, the Board shall provide feedback to the Executive Director. The review shall consider, at minimum: (1) performance of public transportation service |
| provided by each Service Board as measured against the applicable service standards under Section 6.01;
|
|
(2) any relevant findings of audits conducted by the
|
| Chief Internal Auditor under Section 7.01; and
|
|
(3) any findings of the most recent general
|
| performance audit conducted by the Auditor General under Section 2.01g.
