    Sec. 3B.27. Agreements with the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District. The Commuter Rail Division shall not enter into any agreement that prohibits trains of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, also known as the South Shore Line, from picking up passengers at stations operated by the Division. Any agreement in effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly shall remain in effect until its expiration and, if there is no expiration date provided, the Commuter Rail Division shall make best efforts to renegotiate the agreement to allow the South Shore Line to pick up passengers at stations operated by the Commuter Rail Division. The Commuter Rail Division may negotiate the revenue sharing provisions with the South Shore Line as the Commuter Rail Division deems appropriate.
