Sec. 3A.06.
Compensation.
The Chairman of the Suburban Bus Board
shall receive an annual salary of $15,000, and the other members of the
Suburban Bus Board shall receive an annual salary of $10,000. Each member
shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his
duties, not to exceed $5000 per year.
Officers of the Division shall not be required to comply with the
requirements of "An Act requiring certain custodians of public monies to
file and publish statements of the receipts and disbursements thereof",
approved June 24, 1919, as now or hereafter amended.

The members of the Suburban Bus Board shall receive an annual salary of $15,000, except that members of the Suburban Bus Board who are also members of the Board of the Authority shall receive $5,000 per year in addition to the compensation the members receive for serving on the Board of the Authority. Each member shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his duties, not to exceed $5000 per year.
