Sec. 1.01. Short Title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Regional Transportation Authority Act".

Sec. 1.01. Short Title; references to Act.

(a) This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Act.

(b) References to this Act. For the purposes of outstanding debt obligations and for other purposes, this Act may continue to be referred to as the Regional Transportation Authority Act.
