(70 ILCS 1830/51)

Sec. 51. Transfer of authority to Kaskaskia Regional Port District. On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly, the duties, authorities, operations, assets, properties, and other responsibilities of the Southwest Regional Port District are transferred and integrated into the Kaskaskia Regional Port District. This includes, but is not limited to, all books, records, papers, documents, property (real and personal), contracts, causes of action, unexpended appropriations, unexpended balances, and pending business pertaining to the powers, duties, rights, and responsibilities of the Southwest Regional Port District. This transfer shall be completed by December 1, 2025.
