Sec. 5-903. The Metropolitan Transit Authority Act is amended by repealing Sections 3, 4, 6.1, 8, 8.5, 10, 11.1, 12, 13, 16, 17, 22, 27a, 30, 32, 34, 44, 46, 47, 51, and 52.
