(30 ILCS 105/6z-110) (Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-457) Sec. 6z-110. Downstate Mass Transportation Capital Improvement Fund. (a) The Downstate Mass Transportation Capital Improvement Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury and shall receive a portion of the moneys deposited into the Transportation Renewal Fund from Motor Fuel Tax revenues pursuant to Section 8b the Motor Fuel Tax Law. (b) Money in the Downstate Mass Transportation Capital Improvement Fund shall be used exclusively for transportation-related purposes as described in Section 11 of Article IX of the Illinois Constitution of 1970.

(b) Money in the Downstate Mass Transportation Capital Improvement Fund shall be used exclusively for transportation-related purposes as described in Section 11 of Article IX of the Illinois Constitution of 1970.
