Sec. 2705-598. Planning study on improvements needed at the Joliet train station. The Department shall conduct a planning study on improvements needed at the Joliet train station for potential extensions of passenger rail service to Peoria and other locations outside of the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will.
