SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Daniel A. Lawniczak of Spring Grove, who 
4passed away on October 10, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Daniel Lawniczak was born to Henry and Eurwen 
6(Jones) Lawniczak on August 23, 1941;  after high school, he 
7enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his 
8country; he married  Dawn S. Koseck in Las Vegas, Nevada on 
9March 22, 2004; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Daniel Lawniczak was known for his skill in all 
11aspects of millwork; he was employed as a site work carpenter 
12at R&D Thiel for 35 years; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Daniel Lawniczak enjoyed golf, his favorite 
14sport; he also enjoyed playing bingo and poker, especially 
15Texas Hold 'Em; and
  
 
  
16    WHEREAS, Daniel Lawniczak is survived by his wife, Dawn; 
17his children, Laura Bostic, Andrew Lawniczak, Randy Koseck, and 
18Nicole (Jason) McIntosh; seven grandchildren; his brothers, 
19Thomas (Betty) Lawniczak, and Lawrence (Beverly) Lawniczak; 
20and his sisters, Kathleen Lawniczak, and Holly (Roland) Wood;

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Daniel A. Lawniczak, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Daniel Lawniczak as an expression of 
8our deepest sympathy.
