SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Jeannette Small of Springfield, who 
4passed away on June 27, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Jeannette Small was born on March 25, 1936 in 
6Roxboro, North Carolina; her parents were Reuben Ray Jones and 
7Bertha Joseph Hamlett; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Jeannette Small retired as an executive assistant 
9for the National Council on Compensation Insurance after many 
10years of service; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Jeannette Small was preceded in death by her 
12parents and her brother, Bill Jones; and

  
 
13    WHEREAS, Jeannette Small is survived by her children, Lori 
14Dobrino Small, Carla Dobrino Smith (fiance, Jim Freytag), 
15Robert (Diane) Dobrino, and Donette (Michael) Dobrino Clark; 
16her grandchildren, Jeremy Ross, Sean Dickerson, Brandon Smith, 
17Daniel Dobrino, Osiana Small, Marquez Small, Jenna Clark, and 
18Mitchell Clark; her great-grandchild, Makenna Smith; and her 
19sister, Wilhelmina Rountree; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Jeannette Small; and 
3be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Jeannette Small as an expression of 
6our sympathy.
