SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  John Havron, Jr. of Wheaton, who passed 
4away on August 5, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, John Havron, Jr. was born on July 30, 1918 in 
6Chicago Heights; his parents were John and Gertrude (nee 
7Gjerde) Havron; he married Barbara Strader on May 28, 1961 in 
8Milan; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, John Havron, Jr. served in the United States Army 
10during World War II; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, John Havron, Jr. was a brakeman for the Rock 
12Island Railroad before retiring from Northeast Illinois 
13Commuter Railroad Corporation in Chicago on December 24, 1981; 
14and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, John Havron, Jr. was preceded in death by his 
16sister, Ann Havron; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, John Havron, Jr. is survived by his wife, Barbara; 
18his sons, Richard (Shilpi) Havron, Gerald Havron, and Kevin 
19(Shari) Havron; and 5 grandchildren; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of John Havron, Jr.; and 
4be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of John Havron, Jr. as an expression of 
7our sympathy.
