| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Grace Michelle Oliver, who passed away on |
| 4 | | July 21, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Grace Oliver was a proud student of St. Louis |
| 6 | | University and an alumnus of Loyola Academy; she was destined |
| 7 | | to be a teacher and although she was never officially in a |
| 8 | | classroom, she taught everyone around her how to live life to |
| 9 | | its fullest; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Grace Oliver enjoyed traveling the world, reality |
| 11 | | TV, Saint Louis University basketball, the Chicago Blackhawks, |
| 12 | | and babies; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Grace Oliver was the loving daughter of Michael |
| 14 | | and Mary (nee Cavanaugh); the cherished and spirited sister of |
| 15 | | Molly and Claire; the dear granddaughter of Alois and Dorothy |
| 16 | | Oliver and Maureen and the late Richard Cavanaugh; the |
| 17 | | eccentric and fun cousin and niece of many; and the devoted |
| 18 | | "mother" of her Aussie-Doodle, Louise; therefore, be it
|
| 19 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 20 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her |
| 21 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Grace Michelle Oliver; |
