SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Ralph Carl Bayer of McHenry, who passed 
4away on March 8, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ralph Bayer was born on September 2, 1953 in Oak 
6Park; his parents were Harry C. and Louise Bayer; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Ralph Bayer retired as a union carpenter; he 
8subsequently trained bird dogs for the Richmond Hunt Club; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Ralph Bayer was an avid outdoorsman and loved 
10hunting and fishing; and

  
 
11    WHEREAS, Ralph Bayer is survived by a daughter, Chantille 
12Marissa (Bret) Jarc; a son, Sieger Remington (Lauren) Bayer; a 
13granddaughter, Ava Shai Jarc; a sister, Amanda (Jerry) 
14Williams; 3 nephews, Patrick McKenna, Michael McKenna, and 
15Zachary Kjaer; and 2 nieces, Cammy McKenna and Deandra Kjaer; 
16therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
19family and friends, mourn the passing of Ralph Carl Bayer; and 
20be it further
