SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Alberta A. Sweetwood of Wildwood, who 
4passed away on December 21, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Alberta Sweetwood was born September 7, 1918 in 
6Monroe, Wisconsin; her parents were Jay and Gladys Eaton; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Alberta Sweetwood was a member of Wildwood 
8Presbyterian Church and the Warren Township Senior Center; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Alberta Sweetwood enjoyed crafting and doing 
10crossword puzzles; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Alberta Sweetwood was preceded in death by her 
12parents; her husband, Ray; her son, Gary; and her brother, 
13Wilbur; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Alberta Sweetwood is survived by her children, 
15Robert (Geraldine) Sweetwood, Kenneth Sweetwood, and Donna 
16Bullock; her grandchildren, James (Crickett) Sweetwood, 
17Christine Sweetwood, Carleen Sweetwood, and Amanda Bullock; 
18her great-grandchildren, Jace Sweetwood and Kaili Sumonja; and 
19many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Alberta A. Sweetwood; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Alberta Sweetwood as an expression 
7of our sympathy.
