| 3 | | learn of the death of Quinn Kyles of Chicago, who passed away |
| 4 | | on December 22, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Quinn Kyles was born on December 2, 1991; he |
| 6 | | attended the LaSalle Language Academy and won 2 State titles in |
| 7 | | Illinois young author competitions; he attended the Whitney M. |
| 8 | | Young Magnet School, where he was active in the music and radio |
| 9 | | production studio and played the euphonium; he attended |
| 10 | | Columbia College, majoring in radio; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Quinn Kyles enjoyed the arts, music, television, |
| 12 | | and movies; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Quinn Kyles was preceded in death by his |
| 14 | | great-grandmother, Virginia "Momo" Jeter; his grandmothers, |
| 15 | | Joan Jeter and Gwen Kyles; his grandfather, Donald Cropper; his |
| 16 | | uncle, Joseph Jeter; and his beloved, Soulja; and

| 17 | | WHEREAS, Quinn Kyles is survived by his brother, Chad; his |
| 18 | | mother, Theresa Cropper; his dad, Dwain; his grandparents, Rev. |
