| 4 | | December 11, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico served his country as a member of the |
| 6 | | United States Army; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico was a well-known restaurateur in |
| 8 | | Joliet for many years; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico was preceded in death by his parents, |
| 10 | | Anthony, Sr. and Clara (nee Devea) D'Amico; a brother, Anthony |
| 11 | | D'Amico, Jr.; and his former wife, Nora D'Amico; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico is survived by 2 daughters, Claire |
| 13 | | D'Amico and Gianna D'Amico Barone; 2 grandchildren, Daniel |
| 14 | | Anthony Barone and Alexandra Maria Barone; aunts, Mary |
| 15 | | Bertagnoli and Gloria (the late George) Devea; cousins, Dennis, |
