| 10 | | Education to represent a cross-section from education, |
| 11 | | including at least one member from a community college, one |
| 12 | | member from a public university, and one member from a private |
| 13 | | institution of higher education, as well as members of the |
| 14 | | employment and economic development communities and experts in |
