| 1 | | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2432

| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2432 on page 37, |
| 3 | | immediately below line 7, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "(a-5) Any savings bank or service corporation operating |
| 5 | | under this Act examined by the Department between January 1, |
| 6 | | 2016 and the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th |
| 7 | | General Assembly shall be subject to the regulatory fee |
| 8 | | schedule in subsection (a), provided that a regulatory fee |
| 9 | | shall not be paid to or due by the Department for the first |
| 10 | | billing of the regulatory fee immediately following the |
| 11 | | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General |
| 12 | | Assembly. Any institution subject to this subsection shall pay |
| 13 | | the regulatory fee as prescribed in subsection (a) beginning |
| 14 | | with the second billing of the regulatory fee by the Department |
| 15 | | following the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th |
| 16 | | General Assembly."; and
