| 4 | "(7) This Section does not apply to an organization | ||||||
| 5 | exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the federal | ||||||
| 6 | Internal Revenue Code, that possesses a Class C exhibitor | ||||||
| 7 | license from the United States Department of | ||||||
| 8 | Agriculture.".
