| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1717 on page 5, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 2, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "(h) Upon a final judgment in favor of the requesting party | ||||||
| 5 | or dismissal of all lawsuits concerning real estate for which a | ||||||
| 6 | transfer has been requested, the Department shall transfer that | ||||||
| 7 | real estate, provided that it meets the other requirements of | ||||||
| 8 | this Act.".
