2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1050, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 66, line 1, immediately after "Efficiency", by 
6inserting ", Minority, Female, and Veterans Contracting,"; and
 
7on page 68, by replacing line 1 with the following:
 
8    "transparency;
9        (2) review Illinois' procurement laws regarding 
10    contracting with minority-owned businesses, female-owned 
11    businesses, businesses owned by persons with disabilities, 
12    and veteran-owned businesses to determine what changes 
13    should be made to increase participation of these 
14    businesses in State procurements; and"; and
