HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Frank Orlin and Hollie Joy 
4Hutchins on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank and Hollie Hutchins were married on January 
624, 1976 in Joliet; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Hollie Joy Hutchins
was born in Chicago on 
8September 12, 1942 to Orval Aurthur and Lois Valeray Erdman; 
9she
attended New Lenox High School
and has worked for Dallas 
10City Elementary as the Title I and Librarian for 29 years; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Frank Orlin Hutchins
was born in Las Animas, 
12Colorado on December 18, 1941 to Walter Floyd and Virgina Pearl 
13Hutchins; he attended Las Animas High School
and Southern 
14Colorado State College, where he received an associate's 
15degree; he served in the United States Air Force for 4 years

16and worked for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad as a 
17track supervisor for over 37 years; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Frank and Hollie Hutchins have been dedicated 
19members of Burnside Christian Church for 37 years; and
  
 
20    WHEREAS, Frank and Hollie Hutchins currently reside in

1Dallas City; they have one son and  2 granddaughters;  therefore, 
2be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
5congratulate Frank Orlin and Hollie Joy Hutchins on their 40th 
6wedding anniversary and we wish them many more wonderful years; 
7and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to Frank and Hollie Hutchins as an expression of our 
10esteem and respect.
