HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate John Keller on the 
4occasion of his retirement from his position as Regional 
5President of Carrollton Bank; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, John Keller joined Carrollton Bank 20 years ago; 
7and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Throughout his career, John  Keller has 
9volunteered his service to civic and philanthropic 
10organizations, including the
Riverbend Growth Association, 
11Marquette Catholic High School, OSF St. Anthony's Health 
12Center, the East
End Improvement Association, the Southern 
13Illinois Employers Association, Alton-Godfrey Rotary, and the

14Alton Halloween and Pride, Inc.; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Prior to  joining Carrollton Bank, John Keller had 
16worked at Illinois State Bank in East Alton from 1987 to 1996 
17and at
Missouri State Bank in St. Louis from 1982 to 1987; and
  
 
  
18    WHEREAS, John Keller has been instrumental in helping 
19Carrollton Bank grow and in helping the entire River Bend 
20Region; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
2NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
3congratulate John Keller on his retirement as Regional 
4President of Carrollton Bank and we wish him the best in all 
5his future endeavors; and be it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to John Keller as an expression of our esteem and 
8respect.
