| 1 | | AN ACT concerning fish.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 10-150 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (515 ILCS 5/10-150 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 10-150. Fishing limits; private property. The limits |
| 8 | | established in this Article on the number and size of fish a |
| 9 | | person may take in a day do not apply to a person fishing in |
| 10 | | waters wholly within his or her private property.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.
