| 4 | | "A homeless shelter in a municipality that has a program to |
| 5 | | reduce homelessness is not eligible to receive a grant under |
| 6 | | this Section unless the homeless shelter is recommended for the |
| 7 | | grant by the municipal agency with jurisdiction and is approved |
| 8 | | by the Department of Human Services.".
