| 8 | | discrimination under the ordinance, or before a federal agency |
| 9 | | or commission that administers and enforces federal |
| 10 | | anti-discrimination laws and investigates and adjudicates |
| 11 | | charges or complaints of discrimination under such laws"; and

| 12 | | on page 13, line 15, by changing "subsection (d) Section (b)" |
| 13 | | to "subsection Section (b)".
