| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4471 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 4, immediately below line 22, by inserting the |

| 5 | | "As used in item (13) of this subsection (a), "item |
| 6 | | redeemable for monetary value" means cash, cards, coupons, or |
| 7 | | other items that may be traded for money, goods, or services |
| 8 | | without the need to resell, return, or exchange the item."; and

| 9 | | on page 6, immediately below line 19, by inserting the |
| 10 | | following:

| 11 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.".
