<reference>235 ILCS 5/1-3.35</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>235 ILCS 5/5-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 43, par. 115</aliasreference><reference>235 ILCS 5/6-4</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 43, par. 121</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that a craft distiller license allows the manufacture of up to 100,000 gallons (instead of 35,000 gallons) of spirits by distillation per year and the storage of those spirits. Provides that a craft distiller licensee that is not affiliated with any other manufacturer may sell up to 5,000 gallons (instead of 2,500 gallons) of spirits to non-licensees. Authorizes a craft distiller to obtain a special use permit license. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
