Provides the Secretary of State shall issue a family financial responsibility driving permit that would allow limited driving privileges for employment and medical purposes for any person whose license was ordered suspended by the court or the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for delinquency in child support payments. Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
