<reference>415 ILCS 5/21.6</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1021.6</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly, no person may knowingly dispose of a used oil filter in a manner that is intended for collection and disposal at a landfill. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
