| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of United States Army Private Aaron Toppen |
| 4 | | of Mokena, who passed away on June 9, 2014; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Private Aaron Toppen was a graduate of Lincoln-Way |
| 6 | | East High School; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Private Aaron Toppen will be remembered fondly by |
| 8 | | all who knew and loved him as a funny, caring, and loving kid |
| 9 | | who loved fishing the outdoors, and spending time with his |
| 10 | | family and friends; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Private Aaron Toppen's patriotism and courage |
| 12 | | will be remembered fondly by his loving family, his fellow |
| 13 | | soldiers, and the citizens of our grateful nation; therefore, |
| 14 | | be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
