| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of William J. "Bill" "Monk" Bryers of |
| 4 | | Addison; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bill Bryers was a United States Army veteran and a |
| 6 | | member of the Damen Hillebrand Knights of Columbus #650 and the |
| 7 | | Addison Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7446; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Bill Bryers was the beloved husband of Mary Jo |
| 9 | | (nee Mathis) for 53 years; the loving father of Kristi Strode, |
| 10 | | Michael (Elizabeth) Bryers, and Megan (Adam) Feinerman; the |
| 11 | | dearest grandfather of Kelsey, Peter, Emma, Billy, Michael, |
| 12 | | Molly, and Kaylie; and the dear brother of Marge Hyland, John |
| 13 | | (Doreen) Charles, the late James, and the late Donald Bryers; |
| 14 | | he is also survived by many nieces and nephews; therefore, be |
| 15 | | it

| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 17 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 18 | | William J. "Bill" "Monk" Bryers, and extend our sincere |
| 19 | | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
