SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Frances H. (nee Marolt) Ogrin of 
4Waukegan, who passed away on October 21, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Frances Ogrin retired from Fansteel, Inc. in 
6Waukegan after many years of employment; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Frances Ogrin was a long-time member of the former 
8Mother of God Parish in Waukegan (currently Queen of Peace in 
9North Chicago) and a lifetime member of St. Mary's 
10Kranjsko-Slovenska Katoliska Jednota Lodge #79; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Frances Ogrin was preceded in death by her 
12husband, Frank; her sisters, Helen Mesec, Josephine Stritar, 
13and Jennie Seliskar; and her brothers, Louis Marolt, John 
14Marolt, and Edward Marolt; and

  
 
15    WHEREAS, Frances Ogrin is survived by her nieces and 
16nephews, Helen "Pinky" (Sam) Cameli, Joyce (Joe) Ptasienski, 
17Gail (Don) Wegrzyn, Kathy (the late Jules) Ptasienski, Lou 
18(Sandy) Marolt, and Gary (Sue) Marolt; and her sister-in-law, 
19Barb (the late Ed) Marolt; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Frances H. Ogrin; and 
3be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Frances Ogrin as an expression of 
6our sympathy.
