SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Susan Lynn (nee Bunger) Andreas of 
4Maryville, who passed away on October 7, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Susan Andreas was born in Rochelle on June 15, 
61953 to Milford and Nancy (nee Horton) Bunger; she graduated 
7from Oregon High School and attended Rockford Business College; 
8she married Michael E. Andreas on May 20, 1972; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Susan Andreas retired as an Administrative 
10Assistant for the Triad School District #2; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Susan Andreas enjoyed traveling, gardening, and 
12being outdoors; she liked taking trips to visit the Missouri 
13Botanical Gardens and spending time with her family; she was a 
14member of Troy United Methodist Church; and
  
 
  
15    WHEREAS, Susan Andreas is survived by her husband, Michael; 
16her son, Bryan (Carrie) Andreas; her daughter, Janna (Dan) 
17Pettus; her grandchildren, Amira, Jax, Gia, and Kai; her 
18parents, Milford and Nancy; her brothers, Michael (Cindy) 
19Bunger and Matt Bunger; her sister, Teresa Bunger; and numerous 
20nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Susan Lynn Andreas, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Susan Andreas as an expression of 
8our deepest sympathy.
