SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Larry Walter Cabine; and
  
 
4    WHEREAS, Larry Cabine was born on April 24, 1948 in Pine 
5Bluff, Arkansas; his parents were Ethel Cabine and the late 
6Walter Cabine; and
 
7    WHEREAS, In 1959, Larry Cabine moved to North Chicago with 
8his brother, Frankie, and his sister, Bettie; he graduated from 
9North Chicago Community High School in 1967; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Larry Cabine accepted the Lord at an early age and 
11was baptized by the late Rev. Porter; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Larry Cabine is survived by his mother, Ethel 
13Cabine; his son, Kenya; his daughter, Joy Rice; his wife, Rosa 
14Maxine; his brother, Frankie Bashir (Althea); his sister, 
15Bettie Maultsby (Juan P.); his special cousin, Stan Guydon 
16(Janet); his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law; his 
17grandchildren, Jaaron, Jalani, Xena, Xaria, and Count; and his 
18many nephews, nieces, cousins, and special friends; therefore, 
19be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Larry Walter Cabine; 
3and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Larry Cabine as an expression of our 
6sympathy.
