SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Angelina "Nana" DeAngelis, who passed 
4away on June 13, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Angelina DeAngelis was born in Caramanico, Italy, 
6and immigrated to Joliet in 1953; throughout her life, she 
7blessed her family and friends with an abundance of love, 
8prayers, and homemade Italian food; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Angelina DeAngelis was preceded in death by her 
10husband, Gino DeAngelis; her parents, Biase and Angelantonia 
11Egizio; her daughter-in-law, Paula DeAngelis; her son, Livio; 
12and her brothers and sisters-in-law, Gus (Minnie) Egizio and 
13Eugene (Theresa) Egizio; and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Angelina DeAngelis is survived by her children, 
15Lydia (Darrell) Marquardt, Anthony (Kerry) DeAngelis, Anna 
16(Jack) Adamic, Angelo (Mary Beth) DeAngelis, and Gina (Jim) 
17Buldak; her grandchildren, Jeannine (Greg) Humphrey, Nicole 
18(Adam) Domain, Marissa (Todd) Lukas, Nicholas DeAngelis, 
19Angela (Paul) Cabay, John Adamic (Kelly Spitzner), Erin (Scott) 
20Foat, Michael, Philip, Nicolette, and Dominic DeAngelis, and 
21Aaron and Alex Buldak; her 11 great-grandchildren; her 
22sister-in-law, Mary DiSera; her special niece, Angie (Wally)

1Hulbert; and her many nieces, nephews, cousins, special 
2friends, and neighbors; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
5her family and friends, the passing of Angelina "Nana" 
6DeAngelis; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Angelina DeAngelis as an expression 
9of our sympathy.
