SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Howard E. Cervi, who passed away on May 
427, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Howard Cervi was born on December 26, 1957; his 
6parents were Albert and Elsie Challans Cervi; he married 
7Margaret "Mimi" Covarrubias on September 6, 1980, at the 
8Methodist Church in Carlinville; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Howard Cervi was a graduate of Carlinville High 
10School; he farmed his whole life and worked at Aladdin Steel 
11for 15 years; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Howard Cervi enjoyed home repair and was an avid 
13hunter; he also loved spending time with his family and 
14grandchildren; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Howard Cervi was preceded in death by his father; 
16and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Howard Cervi is survived by his wife; his 
18daughters, Heidi (Brian) Lange and Tonya (Mike) Wright; his 
19brother, Tony (Cathy Neunaber) Cervi; his sisters, Donna Heinz 
20and Mary Ann (Gary Bettis) McNally; his grandchildren, Brock

1and Cole Lange; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be 
2it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
5his family and friends, the passing of Howard E. Cervi; and be 
6it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Howard Cervi as an expression of our 
9sympathy.
