SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Walter Van Cybulski of Waukegan, who 
4passed away on May 8, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was born on March 9, 1953, to Van 
6and Donna Jean Cybulski in Waukegan; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was a police officer in the City 
8of Waukegan for 27 years until his retirement in 2003; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was a member of the Fraternal 
10Order of Police, the Benevolent and Protective Order of the 
11Elks, and the Loyal Order of Moose; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was preceded in death by his 
13mother, Donna Jean; his grandparents, Helen and Murrell 
14Bollman; his grandmother, Lottie Cybulski; and his aunt, Twyla 
15Czajkoski (Bollman); and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski is survived by his daughter, 
17Celeste Marie (Dulce); his sons, Ryan Walter and Robert 
18William; his grandchildren, Andrew, Troy, and Dylan; his 
19siblings, Angel Sue (Dubrovlin), Mark Alan Cybulski, and Van 
20Anthony Cybulski (Minns); and his niece, cousins, and many

1friends; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Walter Cybulski, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Walter Cybulski as an expression of 
9our deepest sympathy.
