| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Donald W. Cairns of Carlinville, who |
| 4 | | passed away on May 17, 2013; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Donald Cairns was born on December 15, 1940, in |
| 6 | | Carlinville; his parents were Clyde and Irene Cairns; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Donald Cairns was employed with the City of |
| 8 | | Carlinville for over 30 years; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Donald Cairns was preceded in death by his parents |
| 10 | | and his brother, Clyde E. Cairns Jr.; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Donald Cairns is survived by his brother, Paul |
| 12 | | Robert "Bob" Cairns (Betty); his sisters, Judith Pfaff (Bill) |
| 13 | | and Victoria Davis; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, |
| 14 | | be it
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 17 | | his family and friends, the passing of Donald W. Cairns; and be |
| 18 | | it further
