| 5 | authority of the Attorney General to enforce the Consumer Fraud | ||||||
| 6 | and Deceptive Business Practices Act and the federal Consumer | ||||||
| 7 | Financial Protection Act of 2010, as authorized by 12 U.S.C. | ||||||
| 8 | 5552.".
