| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3175 as follows;

| 3 | | on page 2, line 20, immediately after "agreement.", by |
| 4 | | inserting "Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the |
| 5 | | contrary, a physician assistant providing medical services |
| 6 | | under the supervision of a podiatric physician licensed to |
| 7 | | practice podiatric medicine under the Podiatric Medical |
| 8 | | Practice Act of 1987 shall provide only those services that the |
| 9 | | podiatric physician is authorized to and generally provides or |
| 10 | | may provide within the actual scope of his or her medical |
| 11 | | practice or multispecialty group.".
