| 3 | | on page 4, after line 21 by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "(d) The Foundation shall be considered a public body under |
| 5 | | the Prevailing Wage Act. Any project, including but not limited |
| 6 | | to improvement, maintenance, and construction of |
| 7 | | infrastructure, that is funded in whole or in part by the |
| 8 | | Foundation shall be considered a public work as defined by the |
| 9 | | Prevailing Wage Act.".
