| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2656 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:

| 5 | | allocated to a specific residential condominium unit; or a |
| 6 | | single tract of"; and

| 7 | | on page 2, line 13, after "residence."; by inserting the |
| 8 | | following:

| 9 | | "If a declaration of condominium ownership provides for |
| 10 | | individually owned and transferable parking units, |
| 11 | | "residential real estate" does not include the parking unit of |
| 12 | | a specific residential condominium unit unless the parking unit |
| 13 | | is included in the legal description of the property being |
| 14 | | transferred by a transfer on death instrument.".
