AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2105




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2105 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
 
4    "Section 5. The State Budget Law of the Civil 
5Administrative Code of Illinois is amended  by adding Section 
650-35 as follows:
 
7    (15 ILCS 20/50-35 new)
8    Sec. 50-35. Online publication; budget. Within 30 days of 
9its enactment into law, the Governor's Office of Management and 
10Budget shall publish to its website the budget of the State of 
11Illinois for the coming fiscal year in its entirety in 
12comma-separated value format (.csv), Xtree for Windows Script 
13format (.xcl), or another comparable format. In addition, with 
14the publication of each proposed State budget, the Office shall 
15also publish to its website a list of each sweep or 
16administrative charge-back that will be required to implement

1that budget and that will result in the transfer of moneys from 
2a special fund in the State treasury to any other fund in the 
3State treasury.".
