| 5 | | on page 306, line 25, immediately after "both.", by inserting |
| 6 | | "Any moneys otherwise transferable from the operation of a |
| 7 | | licensed electronic gaming facility in Madison County shall be |
| 8 | | distributed as follows: 50% shall be paid to the City of |
| 9 | | Collinsville; 25% shall be paid to the City of Alton; and 25% |
| 10 | | shall be paid to the City of East St. Louis."; and

| 11 | | on page 314, line 22, immediately after "both.", by inserting |
| 12 | | "Any moneys otherwise transferable from the operation of a |
