| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1634 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 1, line 8, after "municipality" by inserting "that has |
| 4 | | an automated traffic law enforcement system as provided in |
| 5 | | Section 11-208.6 of this Code"; and

| 6 | | on page 2, below line 6, by inserting the following:
|
| 7 | | "(d) The municipality shall use funds generated by its |
| 8 | | automated traffic law enforcement system to pay for the |
| 9 | | implementation of this Section.".
