HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Quincy 
4Kalkbrenner, of Lena-Winslow High School, on becoming the 2014 
5Illinois High School Association Class 1A 160-pound Division 
6Wrestling State Champion; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner compiled a career record of 
8165-13 and is a 4-time State qualifier; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, This is Quincy Kalkbrenner's second State 
10championship; he placed 3rd as a sophomore; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner was a member of the 2012 State 
12Dual Team Runner-Up; and
  
 
  
13    WHEREAS, Quincy  Kalkbrenner helped his team to a 74-11 
14record over his career; therefore, be it
  
 
15    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
16NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
17we congratulate Quincy Kalkbrenner on becoming the 2014 
18Illinois High School Association Class 1A 160-pound Division 
19Wrestling State Champion; and be it further
