HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Ty Harmston, of 
4Lena-Winslow High School, on becoming the 2014 Illinois High 
5School Association Class 1A 220-pound Division Wrestling State 
6Champion; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Ty Harmston has compiled a career record of 122-7 
8and is a 3-time State qualifier; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, This is Ty Harmston's second State championship; 
10he was a runner-up as a sophomore; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Ty Harmston was a member of the 2012 State Dual 
12Team Runner-Up; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Ty Harmston helped his team to a 74-11 record over 
14his career; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Ty Harmston plans on playing football for Northern 
16Illinois University after graduating high school; therefore, 
17be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
