| 7 | | Virginia Goodman, the late Herschel Gray, and Kenneth Gray; |
| 8 | | grandmother to Jamar Everett, Antoine Goodman, Maurice |
| 9 | | Hamilton, Kenyetta Gray, Keisha Gray, Kenneth Gray, Jr., |
| 10 | | Kimberly Gray, and Toya Gray; and great-grandmother, aunt, and |
| 11 | | friend to many; therefore, be it

| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
